EXHIBIT APPLICATION

Use this application form to request permission to exhibit or display work at the Main Library. Be sure to review the Library's Exhibit & Display Policy before submitting an application. You will be notified whether or not your application has been approved. If you have questions about requesting an exhibit, call the Library's administrative office at 617-376-1312.

Applications may be made up to one year in advance and no less than one month in advance. Applicants should familiarize themselves with the Library's exhibit spaces and panels and must provide at least ten color photographs, color photocopies, prints or actual works for review. Applicants are responsible for arranging the return of their review materials.
Waiver of Liability: I, the applicant, have read and agree to abide by the Library's complete Exhibit & Display Policy. I understand that the Thomas Crane Public Library accepts no responsibility for the preservation, protection or possible damage or theft of any item displayed or exhibited and that all items placed on display at the library are done so at the owner's risk.
		Applicant has read the above Waiver of Liability and assumes responsibility for observing all Library exhibit regulations.
