Adult Services Librarian - Generalist Full-Time Professional Librarian II, Range 3; Salary $45,637-$55,525
Performs a wide variety of information, reference and reader’s advisory services; develops and conducts programs; instructs customers in the use of library resources and technology; and assists with collection development.
- M.L.S. from an ALA-accredited library school
- One year of experience providing customer service and/or instructional or outreach services to the general public
- Current working knowledge of common office computing technology, library applications, and library automation systems
- Excellent customer service skills
Schedule & Benefits:
Full-time twelve-month schedule of 35 hours per week will include two evening shifts (1-9 p.m.) per week and two Saturday shifts per month. Benefits include evening/Saturday differential pay, health/dental/life insurance, and annual paid sick, vacation, holiday and personal leave.
