Visit the library and read your way through the summer.
Summer is a great time to read together as a family. No matter your age we have a summer reading program that's right for you!
- Read to Me - a read-to-me program for babies, toddlers and preschoolers
- Rainbow Readers - for younger elementary school children
- Planetary Explorers - for upper elementary and middle school students
Our Summer Reading Challenge is open to everyone! Adults and siblings may read out loud to younger children. Come on in to get your reading challenge or print the whole booklet at home!
Click on one of the challenges above to get a copy of each reading log to print out or come into the library to pick up a booklet with all three. Work together as a family or work individually. Finish one or more reading logs and bring them into the library for your Summer Reading Certificate.
Find out from your school if they're working with us this summer and check with your own school for possible school-specific requirements. For more information please see the Quincy Public Schools website .
