LOAN
The Thomas Crane Public Library is the Interlibrary Loan
Processing Center for the SouthEastern
Massachusetts Regional Library System (SEMLS), providing
mediated interlibrary loan borrowing service to SEMLS member
libraries.
If you are an individual, not a library, and live in a Southeastern Massachusetts community, please contact your local library to submit an interlibrary loan request.
Request Loans from Quincy ILL
SEMLS member libraries may submit ILL requests for books,
CDs, cassettes, DVDs, videos and other returnable items, as well as photocopies of pages from books and other monographs, to the Quincy ILL Center.

Request Journal Articles from Boston Public Library
SEMLS member libraries may submit requests for photocopies
of newspaper or journal articles to the Boston Public Library,
using the ILLiad electronic request system. Libraries may
also use ILLiad to request photocopies of obituaries from
Massachusetts newspapers (both name and death date of deceased
must be provided), direct loans from the BPL collection, and
deposit collections of large print or foreign language materials.
