Where can I pick up tax forms?

Thomas Crane Public Library

The Main Library receives supplies of the most commonly used federal and state personal income tax forms, such as the 1040 series and the Massachusetts individual forms. The forms are located on the second floor in the Reference area. A selection of forms is also available at the Adams Shore, North Quincy and Wollaston Branch libraries.

Both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the federal Internal Revenue Service have discontinued their TeleFile programs.

Please remember that Library staff cannot help you fill out your tax returns. We are a distribution site for forms and publications.

How else can I get tax forms?
