  • Free Legal Clinics - Norfolk County
    Dates for upcoming clinics at Quincy and Dedham District Courts.
  • Mass Legal Answers Online
    Low income Massachusetts residents can create an account on the secure website, then log in and post their legal questions. Volunteer lawyers answer the questions through the same website. This service is free, and all information is confidential.
  • Massachusetts Legal Resource Finder
    Users enter their town or zip code and income and select the issue they need help with - the search results include contact information for legal aid programs, government agencies and hotlines, court programs and links to online legal information.
  • Law Help Interactive
    Creates legal forms and documents for users based on a series of questions and answers used to tailor their documents. The forms are free of cost and created by nonprofit legal aid programs and courts.
  • Lawyer Referral Service
    This service is a project of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild, an organization dedicated to using law for social justice. All of their attorneys have chosen to be part of this service to provide quality legal representation to Massachusetts residents, especially those with low and moderate incomes. Referrals are free.
  • Mass Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service
    Find a lawyer online or by phone. There is no cost to utilize LRS, but referrals are made to fee-charging attorneys, who may charge you no more than $25 for the initial half-hour consultation.

  • Dial-A-Lawyer
    Since March 1991, the Massachusetts Bar Association has sponsored a monthly Dial-A-Lawyer program encouraging members of the public to call with their legal problems and questions. This program was created in order to assist the people of Massachusetts that have fallen through the cracks of the legal and criminal justice system. To use Dial-A-Lawyer, call (617) 338-0610 or (877) 686-0711 on the first Wednesday of the month between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m.
