Read for the Wild Animals

Help us help the animals this summer. For every 500 books read or visits to the library the Friends of the Library will "zoodopt" an animal at the Franklin Park or Stone Zoos*.

Anyone of any age can participate. It's easy. Participate in any one or more of the following ways:

• Every time you visit the children's room or branch libraries add to our zoodoption display (see the children's librarians for how to add).
• Track your reading using our online summer reading program.
• Track your reading on a paper log and turn it in when you visit.

*We will zoodopt up to 10 different animals this summer.
