Welcome to Summer Reading 2022!

Summer Reading Program & Events

This summer we hope you will join us in the libraries, on the lawn (weather allowing), and online for stories, music, science, and more! See the calendar for upcoming events.

Wet grass is no fun to sit on, so please check the calendar and/or social media before leaving home. In the event of rain, we may postpone a program or move to Zoom if there are no available rain dates.

Summer Reading Challenge

We are also running our annual Summer Reading Challenge!

How to Sign Up

  1. Make an account on Beanstack
  2. Register your child for the Summer Reading Challenge
    • Come to the Main Library, Adams Shore Branch, or Wollaston Branch to pick up a paper log and stickers!
  3. Start logging your reading!

Use your phone's camera to scan barcodes and keep a list of what you've read with the Beanstack app. You can use that list in the Fall if your child's school asks for a log of what they've read all summer. Want to print out your own log? Click here to grab the PDF!
