Storytimes
Join us for storytimes for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and early elementary!

- Weekday storytimes run throughout the school year. Please check below for ages, times and locations. Our weekday storytimes are currently over until the fall. Please check our summer program information in June and check back here for storytime information in early September.
- Due to overcrowding REGISTRATION is required for some programs.
- Storytimes are offered on weekdays from October to May for children ages 4 months to 8 years. The goal of all storytimes is to inspire a love of books and reading in participants of all ages.
- Many weekday morning storytimes are drop-in programs with no registration required. However, some of the most popular storytimes may require advance registration.
- Children must be of age by the first meeting and week day programs are limited to Quincy residents.
- Please note that no storytimes are held when the Quincy Public Schools are closed for vacation or for weather.
- All children's programs are also included in the library's Calendar of Events (children's programs are listed in blue on the Calendar).
- Each child may only be registered for one storytime series per session.
