Keep Quincy Warm: Winter Clothing Drive
Help us #KeepQuincyWarm this Winter! Too many individuals in our community are facing harsh weather without proper clothing. Donate your gently used winter clothing between October 1, 2025 until January 31, 2026 at the Main Library in Quincy Center at 40 Washington St. Your donation can provide warmth, comfort, and dignity to those in need.
Donations will be accepted in the Atrium of the Main Library. The public is welcome to browse and take what you need, no exchange required.
ACCEPTING DONATIONS BETWEEN
October 1, 2025 – January 31, 2026
Any leftover items from the clothing drive will be donated to various local organizations.
DONATION GUIDELINES:
- Follow the “friend rule”: if you wouldn’t give the donation to your friend, don’t donate it!
- Items might be CLEAN and in GOOD CONDITION
- Items of Priority:
- Coats & jackets (all sizes)
- Sweaters, hoodies & long sleeves
- Warm socks & boots
- Hats, gloves, and scarves
- Gently used blankets & cold weather gear
