Summer Sweat 2025!
The Summer Sweat Series at the Thomas Crane Public Library invites local trainers for FREE hour-long workout sessions on the Olmsted Lawn every 2nd and 4th Saturdays all Summer, June to August 2025!
Registration is not required, but highly encouraged!

For our kickoff event, we’re welcoming Coach Dwayne from L.I.F.E Health & Fitness to lead an outdoor bootcamp workout.
This 60-minute outdoor boot camp is designed for all fitness levels and will combine calisthenics, strength, and cardio exercises for a fun and energizing total-body workout. We’ll begin with a light warm-up that includes dynamic stretching to prepare the body for movement. The main workout will feature a mix of strength and endurance circuits followed by targeted abdominal work. We’ll close the session with a cool-down that includes dynamic stretches to leave everyone feeling strong, refreshed, and ready for the day.

June 28 & July 12 | HIIT Class with YMCA
On June 28 & July 12 we’ll have two sessions of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Abby from the south shore YMCA!
Abby is a certified spin cycle instructor at the South Shore YMCA as well as a NASM certified personal trainer. She is a student at the University of Tampa and is so happy to be home for the summer and to continue her passion for fitness! This class will be 45 minutes of a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style class. We will do lots of stretching and then prepare yourself to sweat, push your limits, and feel empowered as we dive into short bursts of upper and lower body movements, core work, and some cardio to top it all off! Come ready to move, challenge yourself, and leave stronger than you came in!
As part of the South Shore YMCA association, the Hale Family YMCA branch in Quincy, MA is a state-of-the-art health, wellness, fitness, and community center, designed to provide quality programs and services to the youth, adults and families of Quincy and surrounding South Shore communities.

On July 26, join A Healthy Balance for a beginner friendly strength building workout!
On August 9, A Healthy Balance returns with a pilates class!

Jeremy Colon, Founder and Co-Founder of REvamp Training, is a highly accomplished and experienced personal trainer who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table as the owner of Revamp Training. With a passion for helping people reach their total health and fitness potential, he has dedicated his life to the field of health and wellness, thus giving meaning to the title of master trainer.
