QUINCY — Director Sara Slymon is pleased to share that the Thomas Crane Public Library will once again be hosting meditation expert Neeni Decha later this month.

WHERE:

Community Meeting Room, Main Library, 40 Washington St.

WHAT:

On Tuesday, Nov. 21, the Thomas Crane Public Library will welcome back meditation expert Neeni Decha to conduct a meditation class. During the class, Decha will teach the basics of Middle Way meditation and guide participants through a meditation session.

This event is free to attend and no registration is required.

This event will serve as the start of a new monthly meditation series led by Decha at the Thomas Crane Public Library.

Meditation is the practice of training your mind to calm down and become peaceful. A peaceful mind can reduce stress and bring positivity to your daily interactions at home, in the workplace, or wherever you are. A consistent practice of meditation can improve your overall quality of life.
