Enjoy one-hour of free community yoga instruction on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Thomas Crane Public Library. In the late Spring and Summer, yoga classes will be held outdoors on the Olmsted Lawn of the Main Library. During Fall and Winter, this program will meet indoors in the Community Meeting Room of the Main Library.

Instructor Rhiannon of Humble Roots Yoga uses physical demonstration, verbal instruction, modifications and variations to create all level classes for all fitness abilities. 

Rhiannon is a 200hr registered and certified yoga teacher, mental health and wellness advocate, and the founder of Humble Roots Yoga. In sharing her practice, Rhiannon aims to cultivate compassion, increase tolerance and promote a culture of inclusivity within the yoga community and the community at large. Humble Roots Yoga classes are friendly, non-competitive, judgement free and trauma sensitive.

Accessibility: beginner friendly, must be able to get up and down from the ground.
