Strategic Plan for FY 2025-2030
The Strategic Plan serves as the Thomas Crane Public Library’s organizational compass, guiding the development of annual action plans and helping to provide exceptional services.
The wide-ranging planning process elicited input from city residents and stakeholders. Library staff facilitated eight public listening sessions with guiding questions about Library spaces and services, ran a five week long multilingual community survey, and held focus groups with our community partners and Library stakeholders.
The Strategic Plan outlines our vision, mission, priorities, and values, and includes a summary of the planning process and results.
